District 13 Memberships are sold at all the tracks within D-13.  You must be a member of D-13 if you reside in the State of Virginia and wish to race AMA sanctioned events.  If you reside outside of the State of Virginia you must be a member of your home district.  If you reside outside of the State of Virginia and wish to earn D-13 points, then you must purchase a D-13 Membership.  

The cost of a District 13 membership is $25 per calendar year. District 13 membership cards are issued at the time of purchase at each track.  If you lose your membership card, a fee of $5 will be charged for a replacement card.  Cards or applications will not be available by mail.
