The 2012 Tentative Schedule is Posted!

We are waiting on the approval of the 2012 District 13 Motocross Supplemental Rules from the AMA.  These will be posted as soon as we receive approval.

The 2011 Season has come to a close.  District 13 MX would like to thank each and everyone of you for supporting the 2011 Seaon.  The 2012 season promises to be fun and exciting.  There will be 23 MX races on the schedule with all races counting towards the championship.  MXers will have to participate in at least 15 races to qualify for end of year awards.  There will be 9 ATV races on the schedule with all races counting towards the championship.  ATVers will have to participate in at least 6 races to qualify for end of year awards.  Make plans to spend 2012 with District 13 MX.

Attention D13MX members.  ATV riders will need 10 races to qualify for the End of Year Awards at the banquet.  MX riders will need 14 races to qualify.

 

From the efforts of Southfork Competition Park and Rocky Mountain ATV/MC comes the latest contingency program to District 13 riders. The leader in MX and ATV apparel, parts and accessories has teamed up with Southfork MX and now District 13 to offer a $10 gift card to any rider who joins D-13 and/or signs up to race.  That's right! No purchase necessary.  Every event, every rider, every time*.  What does this mean?  For example if you race 30 events this year, you can earn $300 in gift cards from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.  What an incredible deal for D-13 motocross riders.  All you have to do is fill out a small form at the events and the rest is handled by Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.  It's like getting $10 worth of free stuff every time you go to a race*.  A special thanks to Larry Shaia, Tony Fowler and everyone involved for making this happen!  
*(Birch Creek and Action Town will not be participating in this contingency program).

Due to the fact that we are running D-13 points races outside of Virginia, There will be times when the 25+ class will show two 1st, 2nds, etc.  This is due to D-29 running 25+A and 25+Amateur.  there is no resolution to this problem but to combine the results for D-13 points.

Good news for Honda 150 riders.  This machine in a small wheel format is accepted in the 85cc 12-15 class!

All minors must have an Annual Minor Release on file with the AMA! Get yours ASAP! Forms will be available at the tracks. You can download and print your own from this link. This form must be printed in color for the AMA to accept it. Don't delay as this is a requirement for your minor to race! Otherwise both parents will need to be present for your minor child to race.
